How is X-FIT kickboxing different from traditional cardio kickboxing? Traditional cardio kickboxing consists of practicing techniques in the air without resistance. X-FIT replaces the old limited air kicking and punching routine with a revolutionary new approach where you throw punches, kicks, knee strikes and elbow strikes against a stationary heavy bag.

OUR X-FIT KICKBOXING Conditioning Class teaches basic kickboxing and muay thai skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance, the perfect class to get shredded! X-FIT KICKBOXING Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work on a 150lb bag, partner drills, and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.
When showing up for your X-FIT KICKBOXING class please show up with the following; gloves, hand wraps and water.
