How is XFIT kickboxing different from traditional cardio kickboxing? Traditional cardio kickboxing consists of practicing techniques in the air without resistance. X-FIT replaces the old limited air kicking and punching routine with a revolutionary new approach where you throw punches, kicks, knee strikes and elbow strikes against a stationary heavy bag.

The combination of the resistance system with traditional muay thai kickboxing techniques delivers the intensity of a true kickboxing workout.
