Muay thai is know as the art of eight limbs and is the national sport and self defense style of Thailand. Famous for using all eight limbs of the body, punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes, it is proven to be the most effective striking system and full body workout in the world.

Technique, boxing combinations, knee and elbow strikes, conditioning drills, pad holding and sparring.
All Students please show up with the following; gloves, shin guards, head gear, mouth piece, hand wraps and water.
